Stamped vent spacer plates welded between motor laminations to form clean, stable radial ventilation ducts in the core.
Request a QuoteProduct Overview
The motor ventilation spacer plate (vent spacer sheet) is welded onto lamination surfaces to build the radial ventilation ducts that cool the motor core during operation. Compared with channel steel, spacer plates give a cleaner duct profile and are often preferred where the duct height is small or the core design needs a flat welded contact area.
Manufacturing and Quality
Plates are stamped from carbon steel or stainless steel strip with a uniform thickness and burr-free edges, then checked for flatness so they sit tight against the lamination during welding. Consistent thickness across the batch means the finished duct height stays within specification after the core is pressed.
