Request a QuoteProduct Overview
ERQI New Materials produces custom shaped wire to customer drawings in sections from 0.5 to 18 mm across the profile. Every section is made by a combination of cold rolling and cold drawing: rolling forms the profile in stages with low material loss, and drawing brings it to final size with a bright surface and a tolerance of ±0.02 mm on the controlling dimension.
Standard grades are 304, 304L and 316L stainless steel, duplex 2205, super duplex 2507 and titanium Grade 2. Other stainless and special alloys can be reviewed on request.

Applications
The sections below are the four industries we supply every week, and the properties their lines depend on:
- Watch bands and bracelets — flat and lightly curved sections held uniform in thickness, with rounded edges and a finish ready for polishing or plating.
- Wedge wire screens — triangular and wedge profiles where the section angle and apex radius decide the slot accuracy of the screen.
- Zippers — Y and X shaped sections with consistent thickness, so element forming and closing run without jamming.
- Key blanks — flat sections with tight thickness and straightness for automatic milling and cutting.
Quality and Delivery
Every new section starts with a first-article sample and a dimensional report against the drawing. Production coils carry material grade and heat number for traceability, with tensile and hardness tests and a visual surface check as standard. Wire ships in coils, on spools or as straight lengths, packed for export with rust protection as needed.
Standard lead time is 20 working days from drawing approval and sample sign-off. New tooling, duplex or titanium sections and unusually large coils are confirmed in the quotation.
Send us a drawing (PDF, DWG or STEP) or a sample of the wire you use today — request a quotation and we will come back with feasibility, tolerance confirmation and pricing, usually within 24 hours on working days.
